Joining us on 21CV this week is the cofounder of Origin of Health, Andreas David Christou! Using his Masters degree in Human Movement Sciences and his Bachelors degree in Nutritional Science, Andreas has created a platform that trains, educates, and inspires people to start moving their bodies holistically and intuitively. Integrating embodied movement flow with strength training philosophy, Origin of Health seeks to help clients to cultivate wholeness of mind, body, and spirit.
